A Canadian based Construction/Engineering design company wanted to modernize and automate their Construction related Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes. Constructions varied from building a shipping port, building railway stations to constructing large sized buildings and would normally be long running in duration.The need was to build a flexible, configurable platform that could be easy to setup and configure by actors involved in the process. The need was to build a multi tenant and scalable data capture platform to accommodate different countries and clients of the customer
* Automation achieved by Implementing a Business Process Management Engine along with flexible product design. Data capture automated using a Forms engine bundled along with workflow. 100% Offshore based Delivery on time and on budget thus bringing in predictability
