A US based startup wanted to build a chat bot that can provide answers contextual and relevant to the client. It involved parsing and extracting the question, understand the sentiment and context of the question, map and provide a relevant answer. This was done for e-commerce domain with ability to answer questions related to a product and customers order.
We built a model of information based on product reviews and other social data related to product. The answers from the BOT was made contextual using AI techniques and different machine learning algorithms.
