Project Description

  • A startup based in india, wanted to automate the process around managing cap table of a company so that an investor with a portfolio of investments will be able to view the financial value of the company and ownership at any given point in time.
  • A custom build solution was implemented to handle company onboarding, investor round modelling, ESOP creation, legal document creation and other shareholder and investor related features. We helped client conceptualise, build and scale it up to their requirements.
